Blaze seems to get all the fun entertainment posts. Now it’s my turn. There’s a professional party crasher, Alex Mamlet, that says the best way to crash a party is to dress up like a chef and carry a unique food item. He’s done this with plates of bananas, exotic fruits, and a live lobster - the zanier, the easier to get in. He even had a VH1 show made about his party crashing escapades (ET article). Here’s the most recent story on CNN.
And since this is about the Oscars, tune in tonight and see how well our Zing Index did in predicting the winners!
If you ever decide to crash the Oscars, send me a photo!

You can say what you want but no one comes close to Joan Rivers for Oscar dirt.
In today’s MSNBC The Situation with Tucker Carlson, she comments on Isaac Mizrahi, Madonna as an “old tramp”, and Bjork dressed as a “chicken”. Hillarious!
You gotta listen to it!

OK, I’m way behind on this one. On an episode of CSI that aired on February 2, 2006, Amanda Congdon appeared in a fake Rocketboom episode. It’s fun to see a video blog get mainstream attention.
I’m a big CSI fan, but I’m perputually a season behind. I watch all the CSIs by renting them through Netflix when they become available. So I haven’t actually seen this episode yet. But someone has posted the Rocketboom episode on YouTube.
Rocketboom is up to over 130,000 downloads a day now, and said they were going to auction ads on eBay (source: Blogarithms).
